My name is Tania, the heart and soul behind Soulful Solutions, a space where intuition, healing, and conflict resolution come together. I am an intuitive clairvoyant medium, energy healer, conflict resolution practitioner, and spiritual teacher who works through multi-sensory intuitive perception with a unique gift for helping others find clarity, healing, and a more expansive understanding of their potential, as well as the meaning and direction they wish to create in their lives, particularly during times of transition. I support people in navigating life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and alignment.
In my work, I bring together conflict resolution expertise with the clarity of intuitive guidance. This integrated approach allows me to work with both analytical insight and lived relational experience, helping to uncover root issues, facilitate open dialogue, recognize emotional dynamics, unspoken tensions, and deeper energetic patterns shaping a situation. I create a grounded, compassionate space where resolution and meaningful progress are possible.
Depending on the nature of the work and the intention of the session, I may draw on multi-sensory intuitive perception, mediumship, energy healing, conflict resolution expertise, or a thoughtful combination of these approaches. These tools are applied intentionally and with discernment, in service of clarity and alignment, supporting personal growth, informed decision-making, and deeper self-trust.
Many of my clients have found me through word of mouth over the years, and I am deeply honoured by the trust placed in me during life’s most sacred and vulnerable chapters.
Whether you’re moving through a season of change, healing from loss, awakening to new truths, shifting careers, or simply seeking deeper meaning, I’m here to walk beside you energetically with clarity, warmth, and purpose.
As a child of the 1980s raised in a non-religious family and having lived in a war-torn country for the first 5 years, closely raised by my ‘curandera’ grandmother, I carried a knowing and heightened sensitivity to energies around me. From a young age, I was deeply empathic, feeling others’ emotions as if they were my own and often experiencing moments of déjà vu. At times, I received strong inner impressions about events or major situations with people long before they unfolded. These experiences only deepened my awareness that there was far more to this world than what were being taught about.
In my early childhood, I had “imaginary” friends who were a constant presence, keeping me company and always up to playing. Looking back, my parents would often remark that I was a very advanced child when it came to speaking and problem solving. They would also often find me talking to myself or to an unseen audience, one that felt very real to me. Throughout the elementary school years, I often found myself getting lost in vivid daydreams. Those closest to me often referred to me as “the daydreamer”.
Around the age of 12, I began having out-of-body experiences (OBEs), awareness of experiencing surreal dreams known as lucid dreams, and a strong desire to understand who ‘God’ is and what were ‘Angels’. After watching, The Second Voyage of the Mimi, in a 5th grade class, I became captivated by the mystery of the ancient city of Atlantis and the Mayan civilization, a fascinating piece of exploration that I felt connected to and that would come back into my adult life.
During the summer going into the 6th grade, I was gifted a book called ‘Mysteries of the Unexplained’ by editors of Readers Digest and that was the first time I read and saw pictures of supernatural things or phenomena that could not be explained, including ghosts, ufo’s and the loch ness monster to name to a few. That book truly awakened something in me. It excited me and quietly sparked a personal quest to understand what the paranormal was really about.
As a young teen, I continued reading anything I could find related to ghost stories and mystery novels, and I watched any television show that explored the unexplained. Around this time, I borrowed a Ouija board from a friend at school and, through a few séances with friends, experienced clear spirit communication and a noticeable energetic opening in my bedroom. Despite these experiences, I was never afraid, in fact I wanted to experience more of it. I was curious, and I felt deeply connected and even honoured to have experienced something that felt sacred to me.
As I moved into my later teen years and early twenties, the internet had just begun to become widely accessible. With it came the ability to search for metaphysical information and related knowledge more deeply, which eventually led me to my first spiritual teachers in the areas of psychic mediumship and energy healing.
My soul was stirred by TV shows like Star Trek, The X-Files, Unsolved Mysteries, Crossing Over with John Edward, Medium, and Ghost Whisperer, to name a few of my favourites. These continued to ignite a lifelong curiosity about the spirit world, ancient civilizations, galactic wisdom and multidimensional consciousness.
I continued to explore spirit connection through attending psychic fairs, reading books on spiritual and metaphysical subjects, and the study of other spiritual and religious traditions. This curiosity gradually became a steady path of learning and quiet integration that would shape my path.
Over the past 25+ years, I have immersed myself in spiritual studies and mentorship with well known and experienced psychics, mediums and energy healers. This long-term commitment has supported the steady development and refinement of my intuitive abilities, deepening both myself-awareness and my capacity to work responsibly within spiritual insights and continuously unlock my unlimited potential of my spiritual gifts.
Much of my personal time has been dedicated to learning from a wide range of spiritual teachers and awakened people worldwide. I have also studied the work of great channelers such as, Esther Hicks (Abraham), Edgar Cayce, Jane Roberts (Seth), Barbara Brennan (energy healing), Tina Zion (medical medium), Sara Landon, Lee Harris, as well as the research and writings of hypnotist reporter Dolores Cannon to a name a few of the notable ones from a long list. I have also engaged with leading authors and researchers in the fields of metaphysics, consciousness studies, and exopolitics, integrating these perspectives thoughtfully into my own understanding and practice.
I truly love learning and experiencing the various themes of metaphysical, spiritual and quantum spirituality, it truly feeds my soul and brings me great joy!
My journey has also included deep exploration of the evolving ET disclosure movement which holds profound transformational potential for humanity’s awakening and expanded understanding of our origins. I continue to follow this unfolding with great interest, and through it, I have come to recognize my own connection to the stars. This connection has become a meaningful part of my journey, a knowing that our souls carry wisdom not only from Mother Earth, but also from the stars and beyond.
In 2013, I became certified as an Advanced Practitioner of Reiki in the Usui-Tibetan and Usui Shiki Ryoho traditions, which laid the foundation for my path in energy work and intuitive energy healing. This training deepened my understanding of the body’s energetic systems and the role of intention, awareness, and coherence in supporting healing and balance.
I have since been deeply influenced by the works of Dr. Joe Dispenza, Gregg Braden, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Caroline Cory, Tina Zion, Dr. Barbara Brennan, and Eileen Day McKusick to name a few of the great leaders in this field. Their exploration of consciousness, neuroscience, epigenetics, and heart-brain energetic coherence have powerfully shaped how I understand healing, not as a passive process, but as an interactive relationship between mind, body, energy and awareness.
My understanding of this work is not only theoretical, but deeply personal. I have lived through experiences that challenged both my physical body and belief systems. I have faced challenges that tested both my physical body and my beliefs. In my late 30s, I was diagnosed with Sjögren’s syndrome. Then, at the age of 40, I had a near-death experience following an ATV accident, where I sustained serious fractures to my pelvis, lower spine and traumatic avulsion to my left forearm. I was told there was a possibility I might never walk again. With each diagnosis and injury, I first sought to understand what I was facing and then making a conscious choice to engage my learned knowledge, inner wisdom and belief system, and proceed to support my nervous system, and work intentionally with my energetic awareness. I repeatedly envisioned my body healing, feeling it and living in full recovery, choosing to focus my mind on health rather than fear.
These experiences transformed not only how I healed, but also how I came to understand the profound connection between the mind, body, and spirit.
With my near-death experience, instead of surrendering to fear, I focused on rewiring internal narratives around limitation and possibility. Through disciplined intention, nervous system regulation, and energy-based practices, I witnessed firsthand how belief and awareness influence the body’s capacity to heal. Within months, my recovery exceeded expectations, and three months later I was back in the gym practicing to walk, run and eventually to regain strength, an experience that deeply reinforced my respect for the intelligence of the body and the power of conscious participation in healing.
Today, I view consciousness-based and energetic work as an evolving field of study and practice. My approach is rooted in continued learning, personal experience, and respectful exploration of how subtle energy, intention, and awareness influence human potential and transformation. As an energy healer, I remain committed to expanding my understanding of energetic dynamics and refining my ability to work responsibly, intuitively, and with integrity in this space.
My spiritual path has not only been shaped by the gifts I already carried within me, or by years of study and practice, but also by life experiences. One of the most sacred passages of my life was being by my mother’s side through her transition after a 6-month journey with glioblastoma, caregiving for her, comforting her and holding space as she journeyed from this world into Spirit, surrounded by love.
I have also navigated the complexities of family and relationship dynamics, divorce, single parenthood, working full-time while pursuing education, new jobs, moving homes, times of not having enough, death and the physical and emotional toll of having lived with endometriosis for most of my life.
These challenges became additional and powerful catalysts for further awakening. They strengthened my intuitive gifts, deepened my empathy, and taught me how to hold sacred, grounded space for others. My journey has shown me that healing is both human and divine and that the soul often speaks the loudest during our most vulnerable moments and it’s our job to listen well and follow that inner guidance.
My work is rooted in lived experience, shaped not only by training, but by the sacred thresholds I have crossed. It’s this soul earned wisdom that allows me to walk beside others not from theory, but from truth.
Alongside my spiritual path, I have built well over 20 years of professional experience in corporate settings that include areas of law, public policy, mediation and conflict resolution.
I continue to value and enjoy my corporate career, which has shaped my analytical thinking, communication skills, and practical understanding of complex systems with clarity, compassion, and integrity.
I recently completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) specializing in Dispute Resolution at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. This advanced graduate training has deepened my understanding of conflict, communication, mediation, collaboration problem-solving, further strengthening my ability to support individuals navigating complex personal and professional decisions with clarity and confidence.
I also hold a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Law from Carleton University, as well as four Ontario College diplomas in Business, Law Clerk, Paralegal studies, and Conflict Resolution Management, along with additional certifications that further strengthen my expertise in conflict resolution and leadership.
This academic foundation complements my intuitive work, allowing me to bridge practical wisdom with soul-centered insight, creating a practice that is both grounded and transformative.
