All sessions must be booked and paid in advance, as your scheduled time is reserved exclusively just for you, and preparation begin before we meet.
Emergencies will be considered with care for rescheduling purposes.
Please note: Completed sessions are non-refundable. Once a session has been held, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the outcome. These services are spiritual in nature and results may vary depending on your openness, timing, and energetic readiness.
If you have pre-paid for your session, you will not receive a refund for a completed session.

I understand that life happens, if you are unwell or experiencing an emergency, you may reschedule your session. There may be a day when I am unwell as well, and will have to reschedule with you.
As long as you notify me at least 5 hours in advance, there will be no issue with rescheduling to another day.
If you are experiencing an emergency or sudden illness, just reach out as soon as you are reasonably able.
